Studio & booking policies

Everyday studio visits

• Reservations guarantee seating; walk-ins are welcomed first-come, first-served when space allows, and a short wait is possible during busy periods.
• The studio fee includes up to two hours, paints, techniques, guidance, glazing and firing.
• Current studio fees are $20 per adult and $16 per child age 12 or younger, plus the pottery selected in studio.
• Groups of five or more have an 18% service charge. Additional studio time is $10 per person per hour when available.
• The experience is recommended for ages five and older. Children 12 and younger need an accompanying adult age 18 or older.
• Outside food is reserved for private-party bookings.

Parties & private events

Standard parties require at least six painters. The current $50-per-painter package includes pottery up to $25, materials, glazing, firing and a dedicated helper. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required; 18% gratuity is not included in the package price.

Tile Technique parties for guests age 16 and younger are currently $30 per painter. Full-studio bookings can accommodate up to 25 painters, subject to confirmed capacity.

Changes, pickup & timing

• Use the private link in your confirmation or contact the studio to request a change.
• Finished pieces are generally ready for pickup about one week after painting. Your confirmation is not a pickup-ready notice.
• Last painters are accepted one hour before closing. Holiday hours and private events can change availability.
• Pottery is handmade and kiln-fired; slight variations are part of the process. The studio will contact you if an unexpected firing issue occurs.
