Information we collect
When you book, we collect the contact details, party size, experience, date, time, accessibility notes and optional messages needed to serve the reservation. The website may also receive device, referral and interaction data through consent-aware analytics.
How it is used
- Confirm, remind, change and support your booking.
- Manage capacity, studio operations, pickup and service recovery.
- Measure website performance and improve the booking experience.
- Send marketing only when you separately choose to receive it.
- Protect the site, prevent duplicates and comply with applicable obligations.
Sharing, retention & choices
Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, communications, analytics and optional calendar synchronization. It is not sold. Booking records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for studio operations, accounting, safety and legal obligations.
You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing pottermemiami@gmail.com. Transactional booking messages may still be required to serve an active reservation.
Do not put sensitive medical, financial or identity information in booking notes. For a specific accommodation, contact the studio directly.
